To realize this idea, a land plot covering <b>400 hectares<\/b> has been allocated in the &#8220;Dustlik&#8221; area of the Yukorichirchik district of the Tashkent region.<\/p>\n<p>The following facilities will be constructed on the territory of the future city:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A large-scale international-level medical institution to receive <b>medical tourists<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>A modern medical center and an <b>emergency medical assistance center<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>A branch of a well-known Korean international <b>medical university<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>An international school specializing in the medical field and a <b>pre-school educational institution<\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A special part of the project will be a <b>Korean-style quarter<\/b>\u2014featuring cultural, commercial, and gastronomic streets, as well as tourist attractions. Furthermore, the construction of business and shopping centers, hotels, and modern multi-apartment residential complexes is planned.<\/p>\n<p>The implementation of the project is scheduled to take place from <b>2025 to 2034<\/b>. According to preliminary estimates, after all facilities are launched, <b>more than 7,000 new jobs<\/b> will be created.<\/p>\n<p>The establishment of the &#8220;Tashkent Medical Smart City&#8221; is a step towards forming a <b>strong hub for medical tourism<\/b> and a modern healthcare infrastructure in Uzbekistan.
