The clinical case presented by the Georgian physician highlighted the importance of multidisciplinary, patient-tailored, and antithrombotic therapy in the management of cardio-cerebral infarction.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"444\" data-end=\"852\">At one of the major scientific events of the European Society of Cardiology, experts discussed vascular pathologies of the heart and brain.<br data-start=\"583\" data-end=\"586\" \/>\u201cIn the scope of the conference, we presented our team\u2019s clinical case, which reflects the challenges and modern approaches in managing \u2018double infarction\u2019\u2014medically known as concomitant cardio- and cerebrovascular infarction,\u201d Nino Chaghiashvili told Medscriptum.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"854\" data-end=\"904\">The presentation covered the following key points:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"906\" data-end=\"1155\">\n<li data-start=\"906\" data-end=\"968\">\n<p data-start=\"908\" data-end=\"968\">The importance of individualized antithrombotic strategies<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"969\" data-end=\"1071\">\n<p data-start=\"971\" data-end=\"1071\">The role of multidisciplinary intervention and coordination in intensive diagnostics and treatment<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1072\" data-end=\"1155\">\n<p data-start=\"1074\" data-end=\"1155\">Practical examples focusing on minimizing errors and improving patient outcomes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1157\" data-end=\"1561\">\u201cOur experience clearly demonstrates that achieving successful results requires close collaboration between cardiologists and neurologists, alongside the comprehensive evaluation of patient-specific risks and adherence to both national and international clinical guidelines. This approach not only saves lives but also improves long-term functional outcomes and quality of life,\u201d says Nino Chaghiashvili.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1563\" data-end=\"1967\">The active involvement of Georgian physicians in international scientific platforms underscores the professionalism and engagement of the country\u2019s medical community, as well as its readiness to work according to modern medical standards.
